Seriously, how fucking awesome is Maila Nurmi? As far as I know, she was looking like this in the late 50s. Not the 80s, the 50s. Apparently an enraged woman attacked her in a beauty parlour shortly after The Vampire Show was cancelled in 1955, leaving Nurmi with her hair and scalp burned. She decided to shave it, and practically invented punk/goth style in doing so. Maila Nurmi, I salute you.
